赌场，又称娱乐场，是专供赌博的地方。常指合法经营的多种赌博场所，非法的聚赌地方一般称为赌窟或赌坊。

赌场多数是提供赌客与赌场庄家的对赌。常见提供的博彩方法有：角子老虎机、廿一点、轮盘、百家乐等等；中国人参与多的赌场一般亦有**、牌九、番摊等游戏。正式赌场内分赌台及赌厅计算单位，多为以现金换取筹码再于赌台上投注。

绝大部份的赌场游戏规则令参与者所得的派彩期望值低于1，因此长远来说只有赌场的东主才会赢钱，形成庞大的超额利润。

In modern English, a casino is a facility which houses and accommodates certain types of gambling activities. The industry that deals in casinos is called the gaming industry.
