肺腺癌（lung adenocarcinoma）是肺癌的一种，属于非小细胞癌。不同于鳞状细胞肺癌，肺腺癌较容易发生于女性及抽烟者。在肺部的位置常较周边，肿瘤扩大的速度较慢（倍增时间约120天）。早期无征兆，通常诊断出来时已经是晚期。

亚洲人的肺腺癌，尤其是女性不抽烟者，对于标靶治疗（target therapy）的药品gefitinib商品名（艾瑞莎Irresa）反应远比西方人要好。
