康沃尔公爵夫人卡蜜拉殿下（英语：HRH Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall，1947年7月17日－），苏格兰称罗撒西公爵夫人（英语：HRH The Duchess of Rothesay），前称卡米拉·帕克-鲍尔斯（英语：Camilla Parker Bowles），本姓尚德（Shand），是英国王储查尔斯王子在2005年4月9日以公证结婚方式所迎娶的第二任妻子。

身为威尔斯亲王的妻子，获得前任戴安娜所拥有的一切头衔，但不使用威尔士王妃的头衔，而是采用康沃尔公爵夫人的称号，是因为忌讳王子的前任戴安娜对这一头衔的影响力过大。“康沃尔公爵”是查尔斯王子诸多头衔中比较重要的一个。

Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall GCVOCSM (Camilla Rosemary; née Shand, previously Parker Bowles; born 17 July 1947), is the second wife of Charles, Prince of Wales, who is the eldest child and heir apparent of Queen Elizabeth II. Instead of using the title Princess of Wales, she is styled through her husband's secondary designation as Duchess of Cornwall because of the strong association of the primary title with his first wife, Diana. In Scotland, she is known as the Duchess of Rothesay.
