钙调磷酸酶
钙调磷酸酶（英语：Calcineurin，亦称为蛋白磷酸酶3或蛋白磷酸酶2B，分别简称为PPP3CA与PP2B）其在体内的作用为启动T细胞并可以通过药物来阻断这一过程。
钙调磷酸酶为很多种免疫抑制药的作用对象如，环孢霉素,吡美莫司和他克莫司。

Calcineurin 钙调磷酸酶
Calcineurin (CaN) is a calcium and **** dependent serine/threonine protein phosphatase (also known as protein phosphatase 3, and calcium-dependent serine-threonine phosphatase). It activates the T cells of the immune system and can be blocked by drugs. Calcineurin activates nuclear factor of activated T cell, cytoplasmic (NFATc), a transcription factor, by dephosphorylating it. The activated NFATc is then translocated into the nucleus, where it upregulates the expression of interleukin 2 (IL-2), which, in turn, stimulates the growth and differentiation of T cell response. Calcineurin is the target of a class of drugs called calcineurin inhibitors, which includes cyclosporin, pimecrolimus and tacrolimus.
