商业流程委外
商业流程委外（英语：Business Process Outsourcing，缩写：BPO），又称业务流程外包或经营外包，是指把特定的商业工序外派给第三方服务供应商。有些日常的琐碎工序是必需的，却无关乎维持公司的市场地位，通常便会实行商业流程委外以减省开支。
常见的外派工序有：电话客服（Call Center）、人力资源、会计及收银员。
