理学学士（英语：Bachelor of Science），或称理学士，大学本科学位，授予修读自然科学相关专业，完成大学本科（台湾称为大学部）学业的毕业生。

台湾的理学学士、工学学士、农学学士的英文都是Bachelor of Science，只在Science后面以in这个前置词做区别，in Engineering是工学院毕业生，in Agriculture是农学院毕业生。

香港的工学学士一般不算作理学士(Bachelor of Science)，一般称为Bachelor of Engineering。其他较专门理学相关的学科仍称作Bachelor of Science，并加上括号指明主修科，如Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry)

A Bachelor of Science (Latin Baccalaureus Scientiae, B.S., BS, B.Sc., or BSc; or, less commonly, S.B., SB, or Sc.B., from the equivalent Latin Scientiae Baccalaureus) is an undergraduate academic degree awarded for completed courses that generally last three to five years.
