网络应用进程（简称 Webapp）是一种使用网页浏览器在互联网或企业内部网上操作的应用软件。是一种以网页语言（例如HTML、JavaScript、Java等编程语言）撰写的应用程序，需要透过浏览器来运行。

网络应用进程风行的原因之一，是因为可以直接在各种电脑平台上运行，不需要事先安装或定期升级等进程。常见的网页应用程序有Webmail、网络商店、网络拍卖、wiki、网络论坛、网志、网络游戏等许多应用。
