布鲁金斯学会（Brookings Institution），又称布鲁金斯研究所或布鲁金斯研究院，是美国著名智库之一，主要研究社会科学尤其是经济与发展、都市政策、政府、外交政策以及全球经济发展等议题，总部位于华盛顿特区。

1993至2002的国会记录学术分析指出，布鲁金斯研究院报告被美国保守派政治人物引用的次数几乎和自由派政治人物一样多；在宾夕法尼亚大学发布的2012年智库报告中，布鲁金斯学会被评为全球最有影响力的智库。

The Brookings Institution is an American think tank based on Think Tank Row in Washington, D.C. One of Washington's oldest think tanks, Brookings conducts research and education in the social sciences, primarily in economics, metropolitan policy, governance, foreign policy, and global economy and development. Its stated mission is to "provide innovative and practical recommendations that advance three broad goals: strengthen American democracy; foster the economic and social welfare, security and opportunity of all Americans; and secure a more open, safe, prosperous, and cooperative international system." Brookings has five research programs at its Washington, D.C. campus (Economic Studies, Foreign Policy, Governance Studies, Global Economy and Development, and Metropolitan Policy) and three international centers based in Doha, Qatar (Brookings Doha Center), Beijing, China (Brookings-Tsinghua Center for Public Policy), and New Delhi, India (Brookings India).
