血色沉着病（Hemochromatosis），又名血色素沉着症、血铁沉积症或血色病是指：

1. HFE遗传性血色病，又称血色素沉着症第1型。血色沉着病一词一般都是指这型的疾病。
2. 年轻型血色素沉着症，又称血色素沉着症第2型。
3. 血色素沉着症第3型。
4. 血色素沉着症第4型。
5. 新生儿血色素沉积症。
6. 任何一种铁超戴疾病。

Iron overload, also known as hemochromatosis or haemochromatosis, indicates accumulation of iron in the body from any cause. The most important causes are hereditary haemochromatosis (HHC), a genetic disorder, and transfusional iron overload, which can result from repeated blood transfusions.
