溴化去氧尿苷，Bromodeoxyuridine(5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine, BrdU)是一种合成的核苷，他是胸腺嘧啶(thymidine)的类似物。BrDU普遍的使用于侦测活组织中增生细胞的量。

BrDU会被在复制中正在合成DNA的细胞(是为细胞周期中的S期)摄入，于复制DNA时取代胸腺嘧啶(thymidine)。接着用BrDU专一性抗体来侦测被摄入的BrDU(详见免疫组织化学染色法)，如此一来可以得知细胞复制DNA的程度。DNA须经过变性(denaturation)才可和抗体结合，通常会用酸或热来处理细胞。
