电力线通信（英语：Power Line Communication，简称PLC），又称电力线网络，指利用既有电力线，将数据或信息以数字信号处理方法进行传输。PLC技术使用既有低频（50/60赫兹）的电力线路发送宽带的网络消息，相对于ADSL使用电话线路，一般的应用可分为两种，FTTx使用光纤线路，Cable Modem使用有线电视的线路。使用电力线通信技术，基本上不需要另外重新铺设网络线路，且电力线路涵盖的地区范围之广，远大于其他种载体的线路。

电力线通信以往最大门槛是宽带信号无法顺利穿越电表跟变压器，此技术研究了数十年，近年来终于得到突破。
