网走市（日语：网走市／あばしりし）位于日本北海道，为鄂霍次克综合振兴局辖下城市，鄂霍次克综合振兴局总部所在地，在北见市以东约50公里。面向鄂霍次克海，境内多丘陵，市中心位于网走川出海口附近，并延伸到周边海岸附近的平地。辖区内西北部有能取湖，中部有网走湖、东部有涛沸湖，皆属于网走国定公园。若按照字母排序的话，网走(Abashiri)是日本排序最前的市町村。

城市名称来自阿伊努语的发音，但目前对原始意义有不同的见解，包括：
