布列塔尼人（英文：Bretons,布列塔尼语：Breizh）是法国西北部布列塔尼半岛上的民族。使用布列塔尼语，属于印欧语系凯尔特语族不列颠语支。

布列塔尼人主要分布在布列塔尼半岛上，在法国行政地区属于布列塔尼地区。

在法国大革命之前，布列塔尼是按照主教的管辖区而划分的。1790年法国大革命期间，布列塔尼被划分成五个省，即莫尔比昂省（Morbihan）、北部海岸省（原名Côtes du nord，1990年改名为Côtes d'Armor，即阿摩尔滨海省）、非尼斯泰尔省（Finistère）、伊勒-维莱讷省（Ille et Vilaine）以及Loire-Inférieure（1956年改名为Loire Atlantique，即大西洋罗亚尔省）。按照当时的行政体制，省是最大的行政单位。法国政府把布列塔尼分成几个省，而不承认这几个省之间在历史上和文化上的联系，等于否定了布列塔尼作为一个地区的存在。在1956年，法国政府创建一个新的行政单位：大区，每个地区由几个省组成。现在的布列塔尼地区由莫尔比昂省、阿摩尔滨海省、非尼斯泰尔省、伊勒-维莱讷省四个省组成，而大西洋罗亚尔省被划入罗亚尔河地区。很多布列塔尼人对此表示不满，认为该省应该归回布列塔尼。

The Bretons are an ethnic group located in the region of Brittany in France. They trace much of their heritage to groups of Brittonic speakers who emigrated from southwestern Great Britain including Cornwall to avoid invading Germanic tribes. They also descend from the Gauls and in some parts from Vikings. They migrated in waves from the 3rd to 9th century (most heavily from 450 to 600) into the Armorican peninsula, which was subsequently named Brittany after them.
