Boshruyeh


Boshruyeh (Persian:بشرويه - "Bosh-Growing", also Romanized as Boshrūyeh) is a city in, and the capital of, Boshruyeh County, in western South Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 18,778, in 3,638 families. It is named for bosh, a native herb common to this region.
