多民族玻利维亚国（西班牙语：Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia，克丘亚语：Bulibya Mamallaqta，艾马拉语：Wuliwya Suyu，瓜拉尼语：Tetã Volívia）是南美洲的一个内陆国家，为南美洲国家联盟的成员国。邻国有巴西、秘鲁、智利、阿根廷、巴拉圭五国，法定首都为苏克雷，但实际上的政府所在地为拉巴斯，拉巴斯海拔高度超过3,600米，为世界海拔最高的首都。

欧洲殖民之前，玻利维亚的安第斯地区属于印加帝国—美洲前哥伦布时期辖境最大的国家。16世纪，西班牙帝国征服了该地区。在西班牙殖民时期，这个地方被称为「上秘鲁」（Upper Peru），由秘鲁总督区管理。在1809年宣布独立、经过16年的战争后，1825年8月6日成立共和国，国名源于西蒙·玻利瓦尔。玻利维亚一直困于独裁、政治不稳和经济不佳。

Bolivia (/bəˈlɪviə/; Spanish: [boˈliβja]; Quechua:Buliwya [bʊlɪwja]; Aymara:Wuliwya [wʊlɪwja]; Guarani:Mborivia [ᵐboˈɾiʋja]), officially known as the Plurinational State of Bolivia (Spanish:Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia), is a landlocked country located in western-central South America. It is bordered to the north and east by Brazil, to the southeast by Paraguay, to the south by Argentina, to the southwest by Chile, and to the northwest by Peru. One-third of the country is the Andean mountain range, with its largest city and principal economic centers located in the Altiplano.
