保和省（或称薄荷省）（Bohol）是菲律宾的一个岛屿省份，位于中米沙鄢政区，首府为塔比拉兰市（Tagbilaran City）。薄荷省所在的薄荷岛是菲律宾第10大岛，位于米沙鄢群岛的中心位置。岛上有著名的巧克力山。岛民喜欢称本岛为薄荷共和国。这里以前短暂独立。

Bohol is a first income class island province of the Philippines located in the Central Visayas region, consisting of the island itself and 75 minor surrounding islands. Its capital is Tagbilaran City. With a land area of 4,821 km (1,861 sq mi) and a coastline 261 km (162 mi) long, Bohol is the tenth largest island of the Philippines. To the west of Bohol is Cebu, to the northeast is the island of Leyte and to the south, across the Bohol Sea is Mindanao.
