狼化妄想症（clinical lycanthropy）是一种精神疾病，使人不合理地幻想被感染的病患会、或曾经变成动物。这个疾病是以从传说中的狼化妄想（lycanthropy）为名：根据古代作家的描述，此病症的患者会幻想自己是狼，并且拥有狼的本能及习性。属于超自然的迷信，认为人们的形体会变身成狼人。此外，幻想自己是野兽的患者所患有的精神错乱，亦常用此病症来形容。另一个名词「化兽妄想（zoanthropy）」则指幻想某个人变成动物，但不一定是狼。
