津特耳相（英语：Zintl phase）是指碱金属与碱土金属和p区金属或类金属形成的产物。
津特耳相以德国化学家爱德华·津特耳命名，以纪念他在20世纪30年代对这些化合物的研究。这个术语则是由弗里茨·拉夫斯于1941年首先使用的。

In chemistry a Zintl phase is the product of a reaction between a group 1 (alkali metal) or group 2 (alkaline earth) and any post transition metal or metalloid (i.e. from group 13, 14, 15 or 16). It is named after the German chemist Eduard Zintl who investigated them in the 1930s, with the term "Zintl Phases" was first used by Laves in 1941.
