兹卡热（英语：Zika fever），又称作兹卡病毒感染症，是一种由兹卡病毒所引发的疾病 。大部分被感染的个案并无明显症状，但若有症状出现，则与登革热的症状相似 。兹卡热的病人可能会有发烧、眼睛红肿、关节痛、头痛，或是产生斑丘疹等轻微症状，且通常不会持续超过七天。目前为止并没有任何因初期感染兹卡病毒而死亡的案例。兹卡病毒的感染被认为可能和吉巴氏综合症（Guillain-Barré Syndrome）有关。

兹卡热的传播方式主要是透过黑斑蚊的叮咬，也可经由性行为、血液传输而感染，兹卡病毒甚至可能透过母子垂直传染，引起胎儿的小头症 。经由检测血液、尿液或是唾液中的病毒RNA，可以诊断病人是否感染兹卡病毒。

Zika fever (also known as Zika virus disease) is an illness caused by the Zika virus. Most cases have no symptoms, but when present they are usually mild and can resemble dengue fever. Symptoms may include fever, red eyes, joint pain, headache, and a maculopapular rash. Symptoms generally last less than seven days. It has not caused any reported deaths during the initial infection. Infection during pregnancy causes microcephaly in some babies. Infections in adults has been linked to Guillain–Barré syndrome (GBS).
