约克郡（英语：Yorkshire）位于英格兰东北部，曾分为3个瑞丁（Riding）：约克郡北瑞丁、约克郡东瑞丁、约克郡西瑞丁。《1972年地方政府法案》在1974年4月1日生效，原有的3个瑞丁被拆分为6个郡：北约克郡、南约克郡、西约克郡、亨伯赛德郡和克利夫兰郡。现时约克郡的大部分土地由约克郡-亨伯管理，虽然已不再具有实际上的行政区划意义，但是直到今日约克郡还是一个广为人知的传统地理名词。

约克市虽然是约克郡的中心城市，但却不是最大城市。该郡范围内最大的城市是列斯。

Yorkshire (/ˈjɔːrkʃər/ or /ˈjɔːrkʃɪər/; abbreviated Yorks) is a historic county of Northern England and the largest in the United Kingdom. Due to its great size in comparison to other English counties, functions have been undertaken over time by its subdivisions, which have also been subject to periodic reform. Throughout these changes, Yorkshire has continued to be recognised as a geographical territory and cultural region. The name is familiar and well understood across the United Kingdom and is in common use in the media and the military, and also features in the titles of current areas of civil administration such as North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and East Riding of Yorkshire.
