巴拉圭冬青
巴拉圭冬青（学名：Ilex paraguariensis），为冬青科冬青属植物。原产于南美洲的亚热带地区，包括阿根廷北部、巴拉圭、乌拉圭、巴西南部及玻利维亚。将巴拉圭冬青干燥的叶片浸泡在热水中，所泡出来的茶汤称为玛黛茶（中国大陆地区翻译成“马黛茶”）'、巴拉圭茶（Paraguay tea）、巴西茶（Brazilian tea），含有咖啡因、鞣酸，是一种兴奋饮料，其咖啡因含量比等量的绿茶稍高，收敛性较茶弱。
巴拉圭冬青的植株为灌木或是小乔木，可以生长到15公尺高。叶为常绿性，长7～11公分，宽3～5.5公分，叶缘有锯齿。花小型，花白色带点绿色调，花瓣四片。果实为红色浆果，果径0.4～0.6公分。
