山县有朋（1838年6月14日－1922年2月1日），幼名辰之助、狂介，号椿山庄主。长州藩（今山口县）下级武士出身。曾任日本内阁总理大臣（首相）、陆军大将、元帅、元老。在日军和日本政府中势力庞大，号称是日本陆军之父，开启了长州藩军人控制陆军的习惯。据说山县自恃权重，曾经干涉皇太子裕仁（后来的昭和天皇）之婚事，时称宫中某重大事件。元帅、陆军大将、从一位、大勲位、功一级、公爵。
