雅布洛诺夫山脉 (俄语：Яблоновый хребет)是位于西伯利亚的一个山脉。山脉从蒙古开始向东北，穿越贝加尔湖东部。山脉绵延1600公里直至外兴安岭(俄语： Станово́й хребе́т)。这个山脉又同时是北冰洋和太平洋的分水岭。本山脉山势长而窄，最高点为Sokhondo峰，海拔2,500公尺。

本区人烟稀少，多数聚落位于矿场周围（当地盛产锡）。著名的西伯利亚铁路在穿越一座隧道以避开高处前与本山脉平行。

The Yablonoi Mountains or Yablonovy Mountains (Яблоновый хребет in Russian) is a mountain range in Siberia. It is in Transbaikal (mainly in Chita Oblast) in Russia.

The range runs north-east from Mongolia, passing just to the east of Lake Baikal. The Yablonoi Mountains run for about 1600 kilometres before joining with the Stanovoi Range. The range forms the dividing line between the rivers that empty into the Arctic Ocean and those that empty into the Pacific. The range is not particularly tall or large, being long and thin. The tallest peaks are 'Bolshoy Sokhondo' at 2505м and 'Maly Sokhondo' at 2404м above sea level. It is formed with granites, crystalline slates, and sandstones. The slopes of the Yablonoviy Range are covered with larch and occasional fir and silver fir taiga. Pine forests are quite common on the southern slopes of the range. Peaks higher than 1,200 - 1,400 metres are covered with mountainous tundra vegetation.
