托马斯·沃尔西（Thomas Wolsey，约1471年－1530年11月29日），英国政治家，亨利八世的重臣，曾任**、国王首席顾问；同时也是一位神职人员，历任林肯主教、约克总主教及枢机。

托马斯·沃尔西，深得亨利八世的信任，权倾一时，对外联合西班牙对抗法国；对内推行税制、司法和宗教改革。后来因为英格兰王后——阿拉贡的凯瑟琳无法为亨利八世生下儿子继承王位，而且亨利八世又爱上了女侍官安妮·博林，所以亨利八世打算以「婚姻无效」为由与凯瑟琳离婚，并令托马斯·沃尔西负责说服罗马教廷。1529年，托马斯·沃尔西因教宗克勉七世迟迟不批准离婚而被革职、追收财产，最后更被控叛国，令其回伦敦解释。1530年11月29日，回伦敦途中病死于莱斯特。

Thomas Wolsey (c. March 1473 – 29 November 1530; sometimes spelled Woolsey) was an English churchman, statesman and a cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. When Henry VIII became King of England in 1509, Wolsey became the King's almoner. Wolsey's affairs prospered, and by 1514 he had become the controlling figure in virtually all matters of state and extremely powerful within the Church, as Archbishop of York, the second most important cleric in England. The appointment of 1515 as a cardinal by Pope Leo X gave him precedence even over the Archbishop of Canterbury.
