威廉斯塔德（荷兰语：Willemstad，或直接意译威廉市）是荷兰王国在加勒比海的自治国库拉索（Curaçao) 的首府与该岛的主要都市，人口约为125,000人。在2010年荷属安地列斯解体之前，威廉市也是该自治国的首府。

城镇中心是以由爱玛王后桥（Koningin Emmabrug）连接的庞达（Punda）和欧特洛邦达（Otrobanda，在当地语言中表「对面」之意）所构成，两者皆为港端口的入口而繁荣至今。在1634年荷兰从西班牙手中夺得库拉索岛的时候，先设立了庞达。而欧特洛邦达则是迟在1707年才建设起来。

Willemstad (/wɪləmˌstɑːt/; Dutch pronunciation:[ˈʋɪləmstɑt]) is the capital city of Curaçao, an island in the southern Caribbean Sea that forms a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Formerly the capital of the Netherlands Antilles prior to its dissolution in 2010, it has an estimated population of 150,000. Willemstad is home to the Curaçao synagogue, the oldest surviving synagogue in the Americas. The historic centre of the city consists of four quarters: the Punda and Otrobanda, which are separated by the Sint Anna Bay, an inlet that leads into the large natural harbour called the Schottegat, as well as the Scharloo and Pietermaai Smal quarters, which are across from each other on the smaller Waaigat harbour. The city centre, with its unique architecture and harbour entry, has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
