爱德华·高夫·惠特兰，AC、QC（英语：Edward Gough Whitlam，1916年7月11日－2014年10月21日），出身澳大利亚新南威尔斯州韦里瓦选区的工党（ALP）籍政治家，为第21任澳大利亚总理。惠特兰本人根据传统用法，使用的名字是高夫·惠特兰（Gough Whitlam；发音为/ˈɡɒf/ 音同goff）。

1952年高夫·惠特兰首次当选新州籍的下议员；1960年当选为工党副党魁；1967年成为反对党工党的领袖。

1969年国会改选的结果席次不足以组阁。1972年，在当时的右翼执政联盟连续主政23年之后，惠特兰终于率领工党取得了组阁权；1974年在提前的国会改选中，工党再次取得组阁权。1975年，澳大利亚总督约翰·克尔在国会有重大争端之际，未循例事先征询总理方面的意见，仅在召见后即解除惠特兰的总理职务，后世称此「澳大利亚宪政危机」；他成为有史以来第一位被总督所解职的澳大利亚总理。

Edward Gough Whitlam ACQC (/ˈɡɒf ˈwɪtləm/ 11 July 1916 –21 October 2014) was the 21st Prime Minister of Australia, serving from 1972 to 1975. The Leader of the Labor Party from 1967 to 1977, Whitlam led his party to power for the first time in 23 years at the 1972 election. He won the 1974 election before being controversially dismissed by the Governor-General of Australia, Sir John Kerr, at the climax of the 1975 Australian constitutional crisis. Whitlam remains the only Australian prime minister to have his commission terminated in that manner.
