维泽梅（拉脱维亚语：Vidzeme）是拉脱维亚的一个历史文化分区，意为中央之地。主要指道加瓦河以北的中北部地区。在历史上这里曾有部分地区属瑞典统治。1721年之后成为俄罗斯领土。第一次世界大战之后，这里被拉脱维亚和爱沙尼亚两国瓜分。

Vidzeme (Livonian:Vidumō) is one of the historical and cultural regions of Latvia. Literally meaning "the Middle Land" it is situated in north-central Latvia north of the Daugava River. Sometimes in German it is also known as Livland- German form from Latin Livonia, though it comprises only a small part of Medieval Livonia and about half (Latvian part) of Swedish Livonia.
