维亚康姆（Viacom；NASDAQ：VIA、NASDAQ：VIAB）是美国一个跨国传媒集团，其主营业务包括电影和有线电视。其英文商号是“Video & Audio Communications”（“影片及音频传播”）的缩写。截止2011年的统计数据，维亚康姆是全球第四大传媒集团，排名在华特迪士尼公司、时代华纳和新闻集团之后。

现在的维亚康姆成立于2006年1月3日，由原来的维亚康姆分拆成现在的维亚康姆和CBS集团而成。分拆之后的CBS集团保留了原维亚康姆在广播电视、影视制作、收费电视（例如：Showtime频道）和出版（例如：西蒙与舒斯特出版社）等大部份旧公司的业务。在公司分拆之后，萨默·雷石东（Sumner Redstone）通过全美娱乐公司更好地控制住了新成立的维亚康姆公司。维亚康姆公司的前身还包括海湾西区石油公司（后来改组成派拉蒙通信公司）和西屋公司。

It is currently the world's sixth largest broadcasting and cable company in terms of revenue (behind Comcast, The Walt Disney Company, Time Warner, Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc., and CBS Corporation, respectively). Voting control of Viacom is held by National Amusements, Inc., a privately owned theater company controlled by billionaire Sumner Redstone. Redstone also holds, via National Amusements, a controlling stake in CBS Corporation.
