脊髓丘脑束 Spinothalamic tract

脊髓丘脑束（spinothalamic tract），又称前外侧系统（anterolateral system）或腹外侧系统（ventrolateral system）属于感觉神经途径，负责将皮肤信息传回丘脑，丘脑的腹外侧核再将信息传输给中央后回的体感觉皮质区。
脊髓丘脑束分为前、外两束，前脊髓丘脑束负责发送粗略触觉的信息；外束则负责发送痛觉和温度感觉。
