美国医师执照考试（英文：United States Medical Licensing Examination）是一个多重部分的专业考试。在医学界里，一般人简称为USMLE。所有想要在美国实习的医生都必须通过这项专业考试。这项考试共有三个部分，美国医师执照考试第一阶段，美国医师执照考试第二阶段和美国医师执照考试第三阶段。这项考试是由美国联邦医药协会（Federation of State Medical Boards（FSMB））和美国国家家医学考试部（National Board of Medical Examiners® (NBME®)）所主办的。自1992年起以笔纸测验方试实施，1999年起改为电脑测验（Computer-Based Testing, CBT）。

The United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) is a multi-part professional exam sponsored by the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) and the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME).
