皇座法庭（Queen's Bench，男性君主在位时作King's Bench）是英国英格兰及威尔斯、与北爱尔兰分别设置的上级法庭。皇座法庭具悠久历史，其历史可上溯至1215年创立的皇座法院，经过历年演化，皇座法庭现在是英格兰及威尔斯高等法院其中一个部门。在部份英联邦王国，现时亦各自设有同类机构，称作皇座法院。
