多层次传销（Multilevel marketing，简称为MLM）又称结构行销（Structure marketing）或多层次直销（Multilevel direct selling），是直销行业规模扩大后的一种行销模式，发源于20世纪的美国。多层次传销获取销售奖金的方式有二：第一，可以经由销售产品及服务给消费者而获得零售奖金；第二，他们可以自直属下线的销售额或购买额中赚取佣金，也可自直属下线之再下线组织的总销售额中赚取佣金。

单层次直销与多层次传销不同之处於单层次直销不涉及人员的招募，以及只能从直接跟顾客交易之中获得奖金。

Multi-level marketing (MLM) is a marketing strategy in which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they generate, but also for the sales of the other salespeople that they recruit. This recruited sales force is referred to as the participant's "downline", and can provide multiple levels of compensation. Other terms used for MLM include pyramid selling, network marketing, and referral marketing. Many pyramid schemes attempt to present themselves as legitimate MLM businesses. Portions of the public assert that all MLMs are essentially pyramid schemes even if they are legal. MLM is illegal in mainland China. According to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), some MLM companies constitute illegal pyramid schemes which exploit members of the organization.
