联合国贸易和发展会议（United Nations Conference on Trade and Development，英文缩写UNCTAD），中文简称“贸发会议”，是一个成立于1964年12月的联合国常设机构，它的主要职能是处理有关贸易与经济发展问题，宗旨是最大限度地促进发展中国家的贸易、投资机会，并帮助它们应对全球化带来的挑战和在公平的基础上融入世界经济。
