美国联合碳化物（Union Carbide），创办于1898年，是美国的主要石油化工公司，现时为美国陶氏化工的全资附属公司。

该公司在1917年前，都不算主要的大公司，直至1917年，该公司取得乙烯（Ethene）制造法的专利权后，随着石油化工的兴起而渐渐成长。而联合碳化物在1917年收购National Carbon，同时收购永备电池的前身。

在战后，该公司涉足不同领域，包括了合金、工业用气体、农药、电子以及消费性产品，在全球各地都设有化工厂。但集团的扩张，随1984年12月3日的博帕尔事件而终止。在博帕尔事件后，联合碳化物的商誉受到重大打击，而石油化工以外的业务，亦全数独立分拆上市或出售。

Union Carbide Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary (since 2001) of Dow Chemical Company. It currently employs more than 2,400 people. Union Carbide produces chemicals and polymers that undergo one or more further conversions by customers before reaching consumers. Some are high-volume commodities and others are specialty products meeting the needs of smaller markets. Markets served include paints and coatings, packaging, wire and cable, household products, personal care, pharmaceuticals, automotive, textiles, agriculture, and oil and gas. The company is a former component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Union Carbide was 50.9% stakeholder in Union Carbide India Limited, the company responsible for the Bhopal disaster.
