邦尼湾（英语：Bight of Bonny）又称比夫拉湾（Biafra, Bight of）是非洲西部的一个海湾，位于几内亚湾极东部。它从北部的尼日尔尔河农(Nun)河口向东南延伸600公里(370哩)至加蓬的洛佩斯角（Cape Lopez），是几内亚湾最深海湾。邻近的国家有尼日尔利亚、喀麦隆、赤道几内亚（包括安诺本岛）、圣多美普林西比和加蓬。有尼日尔尔（Niger）、奥果韦(Ogooue)、克劳斯(Cross)、萨纳加(Sanaga)等河流注入。湾内最大岛屿为比奥科(Bioko，赤道几内亚)。主要港口有马拉博(Malabo，比奥科岛)、哈科特(Harcourt)港和卡拉巴尔(Calabar，尼日尔利亚)、杜阿拉(Douala，喀麦隆)、巴塔(Bata，赤道几内亚)、利伯维尔(Libreville)和让蒂尔港(Port-Gentil，加蓬)。16∼19世纪湾区有大规模奴隶贸易，有传统棕榈油贸易。1950年代发现有石油，为主要经济资源。

The Bight of Bonny (better known as the Bight of Biafra) is a bight off the West African coast, in the easternmost part (beyond the Bight of Benin to the West) of the Gulf of Guinea. It extends from the River Delta of the Niger in the north until it reaches Cape Lopez in Gabon.
