帕格尔布尔（英语：Bhagalpur；天城文：भागलपुर），是印度比哈尔邦东部的一座城市，位于恒河南岸。它在比哈尔邦内仅次于巴特那，是第二大城，也是该邦东部的最大城市，人口622,537人（2011年）。它是印度东部主要的教育、商业、政治中心之一，为巴加尔布尔县县治所在地。该城市位于巴特那东边220公里，蒙格埃尔东边60公里。

帕格尔布尔发展甚早，在7世纪中国僧人玄奘、法显到达该地时，已经印度东部最大的贸易中心之一。当地的丝绸业已有数百年的历史，因而被称为印度的「丝城」。目前设有丝绸学院及农业大学。

Bhagalpur is a city and a municipal corporation situated on the southern bank of the Ganges in the Indian state of Bihar. It is the third largest city in Bihar and the largest city in eastern Bihar. It is one of the major educational, commercial and political centers of Eastern India. It covers an area of 110 square kilometres (42 sq mi) and is the administrative headquarters of the Bhagalpur district and Bhagalpur division. The town is situated 220 kilometres (140 mi) east of Patna and 60 kilometres (37 mi) east of Munger.
