私家路（Private road），是一条行人或者行车信道、街道，由私人物业拥有。它相对于政府官方所拥有及管理的公路或街道。私家路业主可能会发出一些附例，限制私家路的用户（行人或者驾车人士）的进入权及使用权，包括泊车权及收费率。

在保险方面，私家路用户若果发生交通意外，可能不受车辆「第三者保险」所保障。

私家路联合会管理着瑞典2/3的道路网络。在2001年，政府委托评估发现私家路的运作和保养花费经常低于由政府管理的费用的一半。

A private road is a road owned and maintained by a private individual, organization, or company rather than by a government.
