终极飞盘（Ultimate），又称飞盘争夺赛；是一种将美式足球概念结合到飞盘的体育活动，是一种没有肢体接触的运动。终极飞盘透过空手跑动和传接飞盘来移动，并以接盘手进入达阵区取得分数。最基本的规则包括：持有飞盘不可以走动，打落和抄到敌方的传球都可以夺回控球权。在最高级的竞技，有更多的同队分工和作及和对方激烈的竞争。再加上下雨、起风或其他因素，会增加抄截和让比赛更精彩。

终极飞盘是世运会的一个比赛项目，世界飞盘总会也有举行终极飞盘和勇气飞盘（Guts）的世界锦标赛；2012年，美国成立了两个职业终极飞盘联赛，美国终极飞盘联盟（AUDL）和终极飞盘大联盟（MLU）；另外，推广终极飞盘的美国终极飞盘会（USA Ultimate）也有举行各层级的终极飞系列赛，包括男子组、女子组、混合组与名人组。

Ultimate, originally known as ultimate frisbee, is a non-contact team sport originally played by players with a flying disc, flung by human. Points are scored by passing the disc to a teammate in the opposing end zone. Other basic rules are that players must not take steps while holding the disc, and inte****tions, incomplete passes, and passes out of bounds are turnovers. Rain, wind, or occasionally other adversities can make for a testing match with rapid turnovers, heightening the pressure of play.
