犹因他兽（学名：Uintatherium）是一属已灭绝的哺乳动物，其化石遗骸于美国怀俄明州近福特·布瑞橘尔发现。

犹因他兽是一类大型的动物，约有犀牛的大小。犹因他兽最特别的地方是牠的头颅骨，非常巨大坚实、扁平及凹陷的，除了雷兽科外的其他哺乳动物也不是这样。由于牠的头盖骨非常厚，故颅腔很细小。头颅骨上有很多窦房，可以减轻其重量。最大的上犬齿与剑齿虎的相似，是明显的防御武器。雄性的上犬齿较雌性的为大。雄性的头颅骨上有6只角，都是在头颅骨的前额部份。这些角的功用仍是一个谜，有可能用作防御或是性征。

犹因他兽生存于4500-4000万年前始新世早至中期。牠们是草食性的，以树叶、草及灌木为食物。犹因他兽生活在近水的地方，并以其像剑的犬齿来刺起水中或沼泽的植物来吃。牠们的灭绝可能是因气候的改变及雷兽的竞争所致。

Uintatherium ("Beast of the Uinta Mountains") is an extinct genus of herbivorous mammal that lived during the Eocene epoch; two species are currently recognized, U. anceps from the United States during the Early to Middle Eocene, and U. insperatus of Middle to Late Eocene China. Uintatherium became extinct about 37 million years ago, presumably due to climate change and competition with perissodactyls, such as brontotheres and rhinos.
