German Alexeyevich Ugryumov (Russian:Герман Алексеевич Угрюмов; October 10, 1948, Astrakhan, Soviet Union – May 31, 2001, Khankala, Chechnya, Russia) was a Soviet and Russian navy and security services official. During his childhood he lived in Chelyabinsk Oblast.
