海啸预警系统 (英语：Tsunami warning system，简称TWS)，又译作海啸警报系统、海啸警告系统。是一种侦侧海啸的系统，经由发布警报以避免生命与财产的损失，其起源可追溯至1920年代。它是由两个同等重要的要素所组成：一个是侦测海啸的传感器网络，另一个是即时发布警报以批准沿海区域避难的通信基础设施。又可分为两种不同类型的海啸预警系统：「国际性」与「区域性」。其正确的操作范例是，地震警报照惯例会发出一连串的监控与警报。随后，借由观察海平面的高度得到数据 (取自岸基验潮仪或DART浮标)去证实海啸的存在。至于其他系统，则认为可以强化警报范例。举个例，T波能量的持续时间与频率含量（透过海洋里的声传信道补捉地震能量的数据）会被推断是一场潜在地震引起的海啸 。

A tsunami warning system (TWS) is used to detect tsunamis in advance and issue warnings to prevent loss of life and damage. It is made up of two equally important components: a network of sensors to detect tsunamis and a communications infrastructure to issue timely alarms to permit evacuation of the coastal areas. There are two distinct types of tsunami warning systems: international and regional. When operating, seismic alerts are used to instigate the watches and warnings; then, data from observed sea level height (either shore-based tide gauges or DART buoys) are used to verify the existence of a tsunami. Other systems have been proposed to augment the warning procedures; for example, it has been suggested that the duration and frequency content of t-wave energy (which is earthquake energy trapped in the ocean SOFAR channel) is indicative of an earthquake's tsunami potential.
