干制首级（舒阿尔语：Tsantsa或Tzantza，英语：Shrunken head），亦称缩头术，是南美洲亚马逊盆地地区原住民的一种风俗，他们将在决斗或战争中砍下来的人头当作战利品进行一系列的特殊处理来保存。有时候也作为祭祀用品在祭祀中使用，或作为商品卖给别人。

居住在厄瓜多尔尔和秘鲁境内的希瓦罗原住民，包括舒阿尔族、阿秋尔族、阿瓜鲁纳族和关必沙族，都曾有过这种残忍的传统习俗。另外，太平洋美拉尼西亚地区的一些原住民也有相似的习俗。后来，随着欧洲人殖民者的到来，一些欧洲人也学习干制首级的技术，贩卖以求得利润。

Headhunting has occurred in many regions of the world. But the practice of headshrinking has only been documented in the northwestern region of the Amazon rain forest, and the only tribes known to have shrunken human heads are of the Jivaroan tribes. These include the Shuar, Achuar, Huambisa and Aguaruna tribes, found in Ecuador and Peru. The Shuar call a shrunken head a tsantsa, also transliterated tzantza.
