糌粑 Tsampa

糌粑（藏文：རྩམ་པ་，威利：rtsam-pa）是由青稞或豌豆炒熟后磨制并不经过筛滤而成的炒面。
糌粑是藏族的主食，食时把糌粑用酥油茶或青稞酒拌和，用手不断在碗里搅捏，揉合成团，用手往嘴里送。
现今的藏菜餐厅亦有使用糕点模具制作糌粑，并佐上沾酱或热茶等。
