竞争法（Competition Law）是一种法律，透过规范企业的反竞争行为，以达成促进或维持市场竞争之目标。竞争法可透过公法或民法进程运行。

在韩国与日本，竞争法禁止某些财团类型。竞争法在许多亚洲的开发中国家（包括印度）里被认为是一种刺激经济成长的工具。亦有部分推测，竞争法解决了一些问题，如以色列的货币问题，或印尼缺乏有效机构与法规的问题。此外，竞争法促进中国与印尼内的公平，以及越南的国际集成。

竞争法在美国与欧盟称为反托拉斯法,，在中国与俄罗斯称为反垄断法，在**称为公平交易法。过去，亦曾在英国与澳洲称为交易行为法（trade practices law）。
