三格骨牌（Tromino），又称三连块，是一种多格骨牌，每块以三个全等的正方形连成，若一骨牌翻面或是旋转后，仍视为同一种骨牌的话，共有两种三格骨牌，可以由英文本母I和L代表（L有时也会表示为V）。

若一骨牌翻面后的形状和原来不同时，可以不视为同一种骨牌，但由于二种三格骨牌都是轴对称，骨牌翻面之后图案都和原来相同，因此仍然只有二种三格骨牌。若一骨牌翻面或是旋转后形状和原来不同，可以不视为同一种骨牌，I形骨牌可以旋转90度，而L形骨牌可以旋转90度、180度及270度，再加上原来的二种，这样就会有六种三格骨牌。

A tromino is a polyomino of order 3, that is, a polygon in the plane made of three equal-sized squares connected edge-to-edge. When rotations and reflections are not considered to be distinct shapes, there are only two different free trominoes: "I" and "L" (the "L" shape is also called "V").
