Trialogue
Trialogue or formal trialogue meeting is a term that is used as part of the institutional law of the European Union. Trialogue negotiations are then provided in the EU Treaties, if the Council does not agree to the amendments proposed by Parliament at second reading. In this case, a formal trialogue negotiations carried out within the framework of a conciliation committee. Under a trialogue is understood equally composite tripartite meeting between the involved in the legislative process of the EU institutions - the European Commission, the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament, the European Commission takes over a mediating function.
