(d) Traffic separation schemes may be adopted by the Organization for the purpose of these Rules.

(h) A vessel not using a traffic separation scheme shall avoid it by as wide a margin as practicable.

Rule 10 Traffic separation schemes (a) This Rule applies to traffic separation schemes adopted by the Organization and does not relieve any vessel of her obligation under any other Rule.

规则 10 分道通航制度 (a) 本规则适用于本组织采用的分道通航制度，并不免除任何船舶根据任何其他规则承担的义务。

(d) (i) A vessel shall not use an inshore traffic zone when she can safely use the appropriate traffic lane within the adjacent traffic separation scheme.
