滕斯贝格（挪威语：Tønsberg  聆听），挪威城镇，西福尔郡首府。位于滕斯贝格峡湾顶端。被认为是挪威最古老的城市，约建于8世纪。其兴起与十九世纪中捕鲸业发达有关。

滕斯贝格是工业和造船中心，也是旅游地区。有造船、造纸、皮革加工和啤酒等厂。以银器着称。郊外有古代王室陵墓。东北5公里处曾出土有古代北欧海盗船只。

Tønsberg [ˈtœnsˈbærj]  ( listen) is a municipality in Vestfold county, southern Norway, located around 102 kilometres (63 miles) south-southwest of Oslo on the western coast of the Oslofjord near its mouth onto the Skagerrak. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Tønsberg. The municipality has a population of 41,239 and covers an area of 107 square kilometres (41 square miles).
