TOMY股份有限公司是由三阳玩具于1953年创业的玩具公司，为现在的TAKARA TOMY（2006年3月1日与同业的TAKARA合并而成立）之前身。另外，关于其子公司于TOMY继承的铁道模型（N scale、HO sacle）商标「TOMIX」的TOMYTEC也有纪录。该公司的主力商品有变形金刚、Tomica、Pla-rail、ZOIDS等等。

Tomy Takara Tomy
Tomy Company, Ltd.(株式会社タカラトミーKabushikigaisha takaratomī, Takara Tomy) is a Japanese entertainment company that makes children's toys and merchandise. It was created from a merger on 1st March, 2006 of two companies: Tomy (founded in 1924 as Tomiyama, changing the name to Tomy in 1963) and long-time rival Takara (founded in 1955). The company has its headquarters in Katsushika, Tokyo.
