Tangier

Tangier (/tænˈdʒɪər/; Arabic:طنجة‎ Ṭanja; Berber: ⵜⵉⵏ ⵉⴳⴳⵉ Tin Iggi) and sometimes referred to as Tangiers, is a major city in northern Morocco. It is located on the North African coast at the western entrance to the Strait of Gibraltar where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean off Cape Spartel. It is the capital of the Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region and of the Tangier-Assilah prefecture of Morocco.
